Aileron Balance tool

Our ailerons are balanced from the factory. There are heavy weights bolted to the outboard forward edge of the aileron. For the "V" strut C-120 and C-140's they weigh about 3.5 lbs. (quite a bit!, but then the weights are very close to the hinge line)
The 140A have weights about 1/2 that weight.
NOTE: The elevators are not balanced.
From the old website I've located this tool drawing for performing aileron balance checks. It's not terribly scientific once you've done a few.
