Electric Tach

Post by seawebb76 »

My mechanical tachometer is shot and I would like to switch to an electric recording tachometer with analog needle that resembles the original.
Any one have a recommendation?

Spruce has this one:

. While I haven't seen one installed & working, it's advertised as "TSO'd" with the sender mounted where the cable mounts at/to the oil pump gear. I'm "assuming" that the sender meshes with the gear extension just as the cable does. Obviously it requires a power hook-up and probably a 337. Mac

Thanks!
Saw that one too. So far that’s the way I think I will go.
