140 tailwheel training in northeast Utah?

Post by flyer2017 »

We are buying a 1949 140A and need a tailwheel endorsement in it to meet insurance requirements. Anyone know of an instructor in the SLC/Ogden/Logan area or into Wyoming next door? Thanks

...looking @ the latest membership info. I have handy I don't see a CFI in either state. PM me and I'll share a coupe of email addresses for members in each -- they may be able to help. Otherwise, someone may yet see your post and respond with more useable info.. Mac

I think I saw your new plane making a fuel stop in Caldwell ID, KEUL, yesterday. Nice looking 140a

Thanks. It is a nice plane. That was the previous owner delivering it from Grants Pass, OR to Logan, UT. Thanks to those who offered help finding a tailwheel instructor. Found one at KLGU with a 140 and 500 hrs tailwheel with 300 in 140s.
