Some years ago a commercial mover came to my airport and picked up a 120/140. He has a large fully enclosed trailer and certainly looked like he knew what he was doing. I said "hello" and IIRC asked his rate - when possible he combines trips etc. May be worth a phone call - I think I have his number in my cell - not convenient now but if you would like it, I'll look for it. Obviously, the wings were off, etc.

OK, maybe a "dumb" question, but, is this a flying airplane or a project?

Following...I'm going to need to pick up the family airplane from my dad's and bring it to my location for resto.

I'm in Dallas right down the road from Air Salvage of Dallas. I may see if they have any suggestions other than hiring them.

I assume these are projects? If not, why not fly them to their destinations?
