The Cessna 120-140 Association Forum

Will there be any 120-140 Association get-togethers at AirVenture this year (2026)?

Hi Gary,
Usually a gathering on Monday eve in the campground , always a presence at the Vintage Type table. Dinner for the group was always on Tuesday eve and the maintenance forum should be Thursday. I would check back for confirmation when its closer.

The EAA forums schedule lists the 140/120 maintenance forum on Wednesday at 10:00am. Others have mentioned that Thursday is typically the forum. We are only going to be at OSH one day and we want to attend the forum. Can someone confirm the day and time?

Pretty certain it's Wednesday at the Vintage building. I'll confirm that as quickly as I can track it down.

Monday Evening:
Typical informal get together at Dick and Nicki's
Also Roy and John have adjoining campsites right around the corner, so you can find "whatever you're looking for".



*Visit the 120/140 table in the Type Club building Monday-Friday, 12 to 5 PM, for details of the latest happenings.
*80th Anniversary of the 120/140 T-Shirts available at the table.
*Association dinner Tuesday, 5:15 PM Tall Pines, BBQ, $20 per person. Tickets available at the type club table.
*Maintenance Forum is Wednesday at 10 AM, Type Club building (Vintage Hanger).

Unfortunately he had a landing accident (in Europe) and damaged his aircraft. He won't be coming. He's ok, the airplane is not. I'm sorry, I dont' have an exact detail of what happened.

Another Osh in the books for me. It was great as always , because you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. The smoke and heat kept some away and a lot away for ones flying in. Even with that it was bigger than ever and always growing. I drove up Sunday morning got there as gates opened ,if you plan it right flying or driving its a breeze. I would say they had record crowds of people and planes as the weather was perfect Sun. to Wed. So good to see some of the members I only get to see once or twice a year , were all getting younger and looking great! The board did a great job with Type Table presence, dinner at the Tall Pines, and maintenance forum. There also were a couple of great after hour gatherings in the campground all good fun great stories to tell. Thanks to the 120-140's who flew in keeping our presence as a great little traveler.
