What power settings is everyone using to get to 90 knots?
My 120 with C-85 and climb pitch McCauley (46”) will do between 100 and 105 mph indicated at 2500 RPM but I’m a bit concerned about over speeding if I get busy.

Don’t have enough time on the new (MOH) engine to have hard data yet, but I also have a 46 pitch prop and I am estimating about 2450. Mine is an overweight ragwing ‘48.

Daniel if you're getting 100 - 105 mph at 2500 RPM, 2500 or maybe 2450 RPM at the least sounds about right. 100 mph is 90 kts. 2500 RPM in my C90 powered 120 would yield 120 MPH if not more which graphically demonstrates the performance differences in our airplanes that otherwise look like clones of each another.
