I'm trying to help a member out. They are looking for Newsletter, technical article #68. I'm guessing this came out in the early 1990s.
It is supposed to contain an article by Gary Jones about the stall warning system. There is a switch by the throttle on a 48 140 that is wired in series with the stall warning system and they are attempting to figure out the reason for the switch.
Any help would be appreciated, apparently this is covered by that article. I have most of the old tech articles, but this one escaped.
Thank you,

Training purposes - let the student get the feel of the aircraft in slow flight, stalls , approaching stalls, etc with out depending on the horn - which may or may not be that accurate.

TA 68 is about propeller maintenance. Issue 68 is from 1983 and doesn't have anything about stall warning systems. Any other ideas?
