Are there any stc's still available to replace the fabric with metal? Any stc's available for engine upgrade to 0-200?

Yes and yes, go to the main website page and look in 'Resources'.
The 0-200 STC SA547EA installation ala' Randy Thompson requires the later engine mount.
The STC SA4-79 for metalizing wings is ancient and I don't know much about it. You'll add weight, which may not be a great thing, 40+ pounds or more I hear.
