I have found cracks in my elevator spar, the spar did not have the doublers installed and the cracks are beyond the length allowed to leave the spar in service. I am wondering if anyone has pictures of a fixture used for the spar replacement as well as general guidance.
On a related note, if anyone has an unpainted right elevator for sale I would be interested.

Re: Elevator Spar Replacement
I went through this 15 years ago.
My solution was to buy used with the doublers and paint.
$1,500 back then (just the elevators).
