I just doubled checked the doorpost and bulkhead part that i have dissembled
and will explain the Diagram pattern in the previous post!

That Diagram is showing Three (3) parts layered on top of one another. That explains the Horizontal lines in the diagram!
Two (2) of the smaller parts (plates) exist in your Plane Now and when You add the New longer reinforcement Part (Plate), You will need to remove one (1) of the existing parts (plate)!
And that will be the largest if the two!

So, get busy and get it done now that You might understand the Door post reinforcement Pattern posted above!

PS. The New part will need to be of the same thickness as the part removed, as the Lift Strut Fork will not fit if making the part of a thicker material!

To correct the wording in the above statement:
It should read "of" the two and not "If" the two!

Yeah, the drawing I made shows a couple of the layers in that stack. There's one thicker plate on the forward side that has the countersunk holes, then the thinner plate that goes up inside the box of the door post. This drawing shows that and the original shorter version.
This drawing is based on the parts I had and my best guess of how tall the SK150-53 part is from the picture on the Textron page.
