Finally, finished rudder in Nevada Silver paint ready for installation. NAV light detail shown as well.

Thanks for the great reply and pictures. I built the holding fixrure today, and will post pictures as things progress. Looks pretty easy because, like the flaps, the rudder has no internal ribs. Thanks again, Jim.
