cessna 120/140/140a starter/electrical systems

I am so confused about which cessnas 120/140/140a came with electrical systems and starters. Did all 120s come without starters or electrical systems or were they optional?? Did all 140s come with starters and electrical systems???

The electrical system was an option on the 120 and included on all 140s and 140As.
