I bought a 140 project several years ago that was completely disassembled. The entire trimtab control system was removed. I bought a parts book from Univair and the Reference Manual from our association. Both are useful but lack any detail on the routing, installation, or sequence of installation of the cable control system. I would greatly appreciate some pictures of the cable system, the location of the stops, and any tips on how to install! My name is Steve Hawley, I live in rural SC and my e mail address is stevehawl@windstream.net. My cell phone is 520 237 3373. I have removed, repaired, and re-installed both gear box welded assemblies. The seat pan is clecoed in place and ready to rivet in. Looking forward to some help!
Thanks

Re: 140 Trim Tab cable installation
Hi!
Did you get some helpful information concerning installing your trim system?
If you do a forum search for "trim" there are several posts concerning this. In fact, I am in that very process now as I get ready to install my stab and set the proper trim angles.
Hope this helps.
