I would not cover it unless you have a specific-made cover. A loose cover will abrade the edges of the fabric.
Be sure you tie it down good. Get a pair of cat food or tuna cans to cover the fuel caps. Bend them a little so they don't blow off. Get A pair of control locks to tie the flaps to the ailerons. Lock the ailerons and elevator by looping the seat belts through the yokes; pull the elevator all the way up. If you can't use control locks, lock the ailerons with the seat belts and put the flaps all the way down. If you leave them up the wind will pull them down then they will slam up against the stops. Make a close pin shaped gizmo to lock the rudder to the horizontal stabilizer. If you can't do that, you can wrap a heavy nylon rope between the rudder bell crank and the rudder stops. You need to prevent the rudder from banging up against the stops; otherwise, you'll end up with cracks in the bell crank.
