5765 - What are you seeing for a static RPM with your new prop? Elevation and temperature also if possible.

Re-pitched the 7152 to 7150. Initial run shows only a 75 RPM increase in static RPM. Turns 2210 RPM static. It was warmer and more humid last night when I did a quick test of it so that may be a factor. More tests coming...
Greg L. - you noticed what I noticed on a new prop that they do not paint enough of the hub for a skull cap spinner. They leave the paint off where the mounting bolts seat but then go well beyond that. My prop shop says that Krylon flat black is a good match.
