Wing inspection panel placement

Hello, I am in the long process of recovering the wings on my 1946 C140. When I bought the plane the wings had lots of repairs done too them (they were last covered in 1965). The inspection panels were all over the place and and parts of the wings that had been repaired didn't have any. I decided to scrap the idea of using the old fabric as templates for the new fabric. Is there any information on where they originally were placed? Thanks in advance for the help!

If you check the ADs and service bulletins I think they are all called out there, with the exception of one that is for connecting the pitot tube to the wing's plumbing.

There are a couple of other service bulletins, and maybe associated ADs that cover early changes to the original coverings.

ADs and service bulletins are available in the resource section of the main web site.
