As Rick said, see if the owner will get it weighed.
With a 350lb UL and aft cg it’s going to be a hard sell.
Even after weighing you could probably call Guinness and have the world’s heaviest 120 with everything that’s on it now.

On the bright side, you're probably going to be pleased to find there was a math error there somewhere.

I would definitely get it weighed as everyone else has mentioned. But something else to think about is if you really want metal wings. I'm not convinced they are worth the weight penalty.

My bird is around 1040 empty but I have an O-290-D which is nearly +100lbs.

The current owner of the AC never came back to me about re-weighting the AC or with any justification about the current Empty STD Weight/CG.
I think I'll need to found another AC.

I don’t think there is 50 lbs of metal on the wings, especially if the drag braces are removed.
However I’d bet lunch that almost all our aircraft are heavier than the pieces of paper we have say they are
I need to weigh mine, I bet it’s 1,000 give or take. 140 with metallized wings.

I've attached the factory weight and balance and accessory weights from March 1946. The C120's empty weight was 854# but you get to 907# once you add an electrical system.
