Time to start planning for a paint job and will need a new nose bowl. Mine has a cut out from where a previous owner had a pump or something. I see a few of the parts dealers offering blanks for 1946 120/140 and 140A models. Wondering if this is the best route or the best source. Any opinions

My guess is that anything new is coming from Univair.

This one is currently on Ebay: "Cessna Cowling Nose P/N 0652302 New" ...don't know if that's an applicable part #(?) & may well be for another Cessna model. Ebay item # is 265823575029 & price is $195 + shipping. Pic looks OK, listed as "new". Even if it's the correct # I'd check with Univair as their price may be comparable + the add does mention "rivet holes have been drilled".

Only if you stick a zero between the one and the nine...
I think that's off a 150 or 152. Doesn't look new to me, either...

I would try to repair it or find a good body shop to do it for you.
