I am looking for replacement decals for the vertical Stab, mine is one of a kind.

Is that a decal or painted?

Factory painted.

Why not just hand paint it again? It looks like there's plenty there to go off of. If you really want vinyl decals, it'd be very easy for a local sign shop draw it up and cut some out. Trace the outline in black dry erase marker, then put a sheet of computer paper over that and trace the black outline onto the paper. Take the paper in to a sign shop and they can make an exact replica. It involves scanning it and opening the file on a computer and creating a bitmap or svg file, then they just print it. It's pretty standard and should not be very expensive. Etsy would be a place to try too. Find someone who you can send your traced copy to and have them cut it. I could do it on my laser, but it'd be much easier and more economical to have a sign shop do it...
