To me, the wrinkled skin may be an issue. I would check the tip spar and ribs for deformities.

I have been “bending metal” on light aircraft for about 50 years. If you brought me your plane for an Annual, I would refuse to do the work unless you allowed me to fix the ugly dent. Not because I think there is any serious structural damage, but because the dent would cause anyone to question the integrity of my work. Their thought would would logically be “If that dent is ok, I wonder what he thinks is ok that I can’t see”. The tip can be removed fairly easily, looks like there are a surplus of rivets to drill out, and the the dent can be ironed out. Would estimate 8 or 10 hours work to make it look presentable again.
