I'm looking for anyone that has experience with the Manning Maxwell and Moore 6803A Suction Relief Valve. Mine is giving me problems. It makes my vacuum gauge "flutter". The gauge flutters from 0-5.5". I have removed the valve from the plumbing and verified steady vacuum without the flutter.
Are these rebuildable/serviceable?

I have an Eclipse Aviation Air Valve which looks very similar to the valve in your photo. As far as I know it is in working order. If you would like the valve, send me a Private Message and we can make arrangements to send it to you. Better that you should get some use out of it, rather than have it laying around my hangar collecting dust.

Thank you Bill for your offer. We were able to disassemble the valve, clean it up and re-install. It's working properly now. It's an extremely simple device internally. If it gives me more problems, I will be in touch. Thanks again.
