Just install the battery in the original location and be done with it !
I have an original battery box and mounting bulkhead that the box mounts on if needed !
Also the master solenoid and a like new battery cable !
Thanks/ John

A log book entry
and using a odyssey pc 680 battery
Search the forum. Mine is done with a log entry referencing AC43.13-2? and the PMA (applies to other aircraft) for the battery.
You need to find an older version of 43.13 as the reference to wooden battery box spacers was eliminated in the latest version.
