Gas caps

Post by VIP925 »

My questions concerns the diameters of the two holes in caps to vent fuel tank.
the vent holes in my existing caps are 7/64th inch each.
Is this the correct diameter of vent holes?

If not, what might be minimum diameter for vent holes?

Neal's article on forward facing gascaps has a note early on that says "a little less than 1/8" for the two holers.

7/64" fits that nicely!
