I'm looking at purchasing a 1946 140 that does not have the leading edge cabin air vent option installed. Ventilation is a must have for Texas. Does any have any suggestions on where to source parts to retrofit? Aircraft Spruce has the actual vent available, but can't find anything for the Scoop Assembly that connects the leading edge to the cabin vent.

Re: Leading Edge Cabin Air Vent Retrofit
Try one of the aircraft wrecking yards. Preferred Airparts and Wentworth Aircraft are two big ones.
