Access To Rudder Cable Pulleys Under Baggage Floor
Any ideas on the best way to access the rudder cable pulleys under the baggage floor for replacement (other than hiring an octopus)?

Welllllll.............. when I was younger and more agile I was able to do it. As I recall, I made/modified a wrench to assist. It helps if you take what little tension is on the rudder cables off when you R&R the pulleys.
Perhaps hire someone very small..........to do the work.
Yes, the two rudder cable pulleys are at the "edge of the universe"
