Trim cable twist

Putting in new trim cables and trying to figure out how to remove the twist. Do I need to loosen the stop blocks and re-safety? It seems like the two cables want to twist around each other.

Yes, I just did this on a new owner's bird. A good time to check for trim tab throw and address any 'play' on the tab itself. It's easy work just a pain in the *** to work in the tailcone. I think the twist comes from either A) too much tension on the wires or B) the blocks are keeping the 'twist' in place.
