Does anyone know if there is an adapter for the C-150 exhaust larger heater hose for the small original hose fitting on the heater box?

Not certain what you mean. Scatt tube ducting from the heat shroud to the firewall connector?

I'm guessing the C-150 is about 3" and the firewall is 2"?

If that is the case, yes you can find a heat muff shroud that has the smaller diameter flange............or if you want more heat, you could probably locate a larger fitting for the firewall to be riveted on. Probably from a 150 or something. Check with your mechanic and make certain he's ok with the change.

I think the easiest thing to do would be to rivet the smaller flange to the heat muff (assuming what Victor posted is what you're trying to do).

In the "remote areas" of New Hampshire, one would go inside the end of the 3" scat and cut the internal wire back about 2" or so, then insert the 2" scat into the 3" and "gather" the loose fabric while tightening a 2" hose clamp over the junction. :D Possibly support the junction nearby with a tie wrap.

Obviously I'll remain anonymous! :D

PS
Check the auto muffler people. Amazon has listing on 3 - 2" stainless steel exhaust adapter. May have to do some modification.

Maybe...I tried calling the 815 696 9970 number and got a recording stating, "unable to complete your call as dialed please check the number and try again". I tried three more times with the same results?

Must be from north of the notches. They don't have electricity or telephones up there, either... ;)

I did just that and I think I found something that'll work. Thank you for your suggestion...

When I installed the C150 muffler STC, I got a 3'' duck flange from Spruce : https://www.aircraftspruce.com/pages/ha ... langes.php
that we riveted over the heater on the firewall.
We first draw the inner 3'' circle using the flange and cut the existing 2'' one, and then riveted the 3'' duct flange with a nice red heat resistant silicone bed around it.
Very easy and not difficult at all.
