How do I make my engine run hotter?

This is a C-90 in a 1946 120. I believe the cowl is from a later model 140.
With 50° OAT the oil takes about 20 minutes to get up to 150° and goes no higher.
CHT is about 175°.
The blast tube and the small holes below the prop are closed off.
I calibrated the gauge with boiling water and it's right on.
Do I close off the main air intake or maybe the outlet?
Is there an established way to do that?
How about insulating the oil tank or oil filter?

Someone more experienced, correct me if im wrong but i beleive original winterization kits contained a canvas wrap for the oil sump...does anyone still do that? I wouldnt with my preheater though...
i cant quite hit 150, been in 30s here, so im interested in thoughts others leave here too... i need to calibrate my guage to make sure before i do anything else...ive heard of blocking off the prop side, not the head side, of the main vents, im not going to do anything though until i calibrate my guage...

Wow, 50 OAT is summer up here!
The winterization kit I have includes:
-Oil sump wool blanket (yes, I use it even with Reiff preheat oil sump strips...these are RV'd over anyways...no issues for 500 hrs)
-Wool covers for all 4 induction tubes
- Screw-on covers for small openings below prop
- Oil Screen blast tube gets taped
- Large front vent openings can be taped more midline in the bitter cold when needed
I put the blast tube tape & wool blankets on the induction and oil sump when the temps are consistently in the 30's. The front covers go on when +20 and below consistently. We have a lot of temperature inversions, so you must be careful in going too warm too soon.
I see 175 on my O-200A here in Anchorage during the winter consistently.

I can see the wool covers working well with a preheater like that. Mines an old phillips which is like a hot water heater element, so its not flush and flat... but i could do a wool cover around induction tube...

Interesting cowl.
I've solved the problem. I covered the two small air inlets and the blast tube.
I covered about 40% of the large air inlets.
And installed the Oil tank cover from Wag Aero.
I think the oil tank cover made the biggest difference.
