The Cessna 120-140 Association Forum

Howdy everyone!
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! I was looking at youtube 140 vids, and one caught my eye about flying a 140 with both doors removed. I know the feds used to allow one door off for photography and parachute jumping on certain Cessna models, but they rescended that letter a few years back I believe, and now has to go thru the fsdo for approval. Anyway, there it was, bigger than Dallas, a couple guys flying with both doors off. Is there an STC for this? Thanks, Jim.

i just do it and where the hinges are a attached, i use 1 inch angle, from the top down to bottom hinge
this gives me less wind pressure in the cab, it deflects it out a little
