Anyone out there know of a new or used McCauley 7146 Climb Prop? Thanks

You can buy a new one from any McCauley Dealer. Univair currently lists one for a mere $4455.

If you manage to find a used one I suggest you work the deal through a prop shop. Don't pay until it's blessed as airworthy. They make expensive wall hangings...
The cheapest alternative might be to have your prop repitched, assuming you have one to repitch...

I concur. I could take my current Mccauley 7146 (standard pitch) go through prop shop for repitching - maybe. Results are somewhat problematic.
Or just buy new.
Either way I really need it. Thanks.

Is that a typo? 7146 is a climb prop for a C85.
How is repitching problematic? It's a pretty exact science.

Thanks, it is a type. I have a standard 7148. What I need is a climb 7146.
Prop shop told me, without seeing it yet, that they thought they could do it, but would make no final determination without seeing.

If it's a 7148 and it's never been repitched and it isn't worn below minimum dimensions (unlikely unless it's been overhauled at least once) then they should have no problems. There are restrictions on how far and how many times a prop can be repitched; also there are minimum dimensions that have to be met in order to be airworthy.
If it's been overhauled or repitched, that should be stamped on the hub.

Says "reconditioned" on the hub, whatever that means.

That means it's been overhauled. Overhauling involves removing some metal from the leading edge, face and back of the blades. How much depends on the condition of the blades. If it's in good shape, you may be able to have it repitched without another overhaul, otherwise the shop is going to want to be sure there's still enough metal to meet the minimums.
