WTB 140 Axle
I need a single 140 axle for my rebuild project, as one of them was stolen.

Re: WTB 140 Axle
Thanks. All four bolts are the same (smaller) size on the 140. I have a pile of later Cessna axles, but they use two different bolt sizes and won't work here.

Re: WTB 140 Axle
An AN5 bolt has roughly the same strength as a MS20004 bolt (NAS144). You can enlarge the bolt holes in the gear leg and use the AN5 bolts in place of the original setup. People do it all the time to install the sea plane axles. The axles are hard as all get out, though. An ordinary drill bit won't hold up very long.
