Oh, 6643, I guess that's me...
They are A-1500's. The bottoms need to be replaced, but they are whatever width they were in 1946, maybe 6-7". I think most folks add about an inch on each side when they redo them. I''ll give you a call next time I'm headed up that way and we can get together and you can look them over. I think the axle adapters are from a Taylorcraft. You may be able to adapt them to the Cessna axles. Condition is a lot like this pair on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/p/Airplane-Aircraf ... 3156380391 Cables and bungies are shot and there are no adapters for the gear legs. Lots of parts are available from Aero-Ski. I was going to rebuild them "when I got a round tuit..." Ended up moving and selling the airstrip I was going to use them from. ;~(
