Window latch arm for 140A

We just bought N9425A. Trying to fix a few small problems. The right window latch has half of the tip of the latch arm cut off and, as a result, it doesn't allow the arm to clear the upholstery and the whole mechanism doesn't fold flat when closed. It sticks out about 1.5 inches. I'm looking for a used window latch arm like the Univair U0413362-8 or -9 and the pin that goes with it. The other solution would be to add a short piece of flat stock to space the arm pivot point further away from the window.
