Cessna 150 Exhaust Parts

Post by elliotblock »

Hello,

Does anyone have serviceable parts 0450339-1 (rod type brace) and 0450340-1 (tailpipe brace) from a Cessna 150 for the exhaust conversion?

Thanks!

Texas Air Salvage has a brace...the center mount (to oil tank stud) is broken and would have to be repaired. Their price "as is" is $395.00. They may have the other piece as they maintain quite an inventory. (No one ever accused them of being cheap ;) ). There are often some on Ebay, and at reasonable prices...plus, there is another parts biz who's name escapes me that often stocks airworthy brackets -- maybe someone will recall and post. Mac

On edit, here's one on Ebay that appears good/OK priced (I don't know or "endorse" seller):

I'm looking for the same parts. Someone was kind enough to point out to me that I'm missing these pieces on my aircraft.
