I flight plan at 5 GPH and 100 MPH/85 kts but routinely see around 4.7 GPH on X/C flights when I go to 6500 ft or higher, reduce power and lean out the mixture. YMMV. I'm sure there is quite a bit of variation due to prop pitch, engine condition, etc.

On my 140 you will be lucky to get 2hrs on one wing of fuel, that's with it leaned out, plan on the prop stopping at 4hrs max with a 25 gal capacity.

Thanks to all for O200 performance data. Took off From Danbury Ct on the 7th around 1300 local. Arrived in Marana,AZ (AVQ) at 1700 llc on the 13th. Fought low ceilings and headwind most of the way. Fortunately vis was usually 5 to 10 miles. 35 hours flight time. One leg we flew 44 miles in 1.4 hours. When the farm tractor on the country road was passing us figured it was time to stop. Averaged around 6.0 gal an hour 100 to 110 mph. After we got back had a suspicion tach was not right. Turns out it was indicating about 300 RpM high.

Thanks to all for your input.
Thinking of replacing mechanical tach with electrical one. Any recommendations?

I wouldn’t replace the tach, but if I felt I needed an electrical one, I’d go with electronics international https://www.iflyei.com/product-category/pistons/

I’d use their adapter plate and keep all the mechanical stuff. That way you haven’t modified the aircraft and can go back to original if you wanted to.
I believe that tach can be repaired though,or replaced for less money than an electric
