Contacted Joe Sills about a month ago, unfortunately $18,000 is a little out of my budget.

Re: Wing recovering Texas
I am looking at doing mine in the next couple years. Not because the fabric is bad, but more the paint is starting to crack. I am looking at Oratex and I will probably do it myself if I can get a field approval. Its supposed to be much more user friendly and does not require painting. Take a look at it. I am in West Texas so reach out if you need any help.

Hello,
I'm considering the Oratex process on a 1946 C-120. Can you share final costs and effort?
Are you happy w/ the results? Any tips?
Did you use a field approval? If yes, can you provide details?
Chris
