I have a like new factory child seat that I removed from my C-140 which I purchased a little over a year ago. It is complete with all the attachment screws, paperwork, logbook entry, seat belt and Airtex Duratrim Vinyl Smoke gray snap in upholstery. It was installed with a form 337 in 1996 with Cessna parts. It is really nice.
You can have it all for $850 plus shipping from San Diego. This will be just screw it in and go and save you a lot of trouble. PM me if you are interested and I can send photos or FaceTime and show you details.

Just so as to not to add to the confusion, there is no need for a form 337 as the jump seat is included in the aircraft specification, item 402, and so is by definition, not a major modification. A log book entry is all that is required.
