I have these exhaust covers on my C140 (C85). The ends that snap around the actual exhaust are slowly corroding and will need to be patched. What aluminum sheet material would be best for this job?

I would use 2024, as it’s most common and ought to be fine, I think.

Those things are formed with compound curves. I think you'll have better luck with 3003.
