3943.0 Total Time. July 2022 Annual.
28 hours since ground up restoration.
Below is a list of what was done.

All paint stripped and recoated using Stewart system paints. Juneau white and Sport green with Black pin stripe.
Fabric on wings removed and replaced using Stewart System. All brace wires removed, cleaned and repainted before reinstallation.
Original swing down landing light in left wing, replaced with leading edge landing lights.

C-85 engine overhauled by G&N incorporating O-200 crankshaft STC.
All new Continental cylinders, pistons, and connecting rods.
B&C light weight pushbutton starter.
Plane Power 50 amp alternator.
SureFly Ignition installed on left.
New Slick Magneto on right.
Marvel carburetor STC.
O-200 Exhaust system STC.
Spin on Oil filter STC.
New Airforms engine baffles.
Bracket air filter.
Overhauled McCauley propeller.

All original wiring replaced. Fuses replaced with circuit breakers. Bogert battery and starter cables installed.
All flight control cables and pulleys replaced.
All new windows and windshield.
New Airtex interior.
Both spar carry throughs replaced. Cabin top replaced.
All new tires installed. Scott tailwheel.
Aft fuselage bulkhead replaced and Cessna SLN-62B doubler installed.
Service Kit 150-53 lower door post modification on left doorpost. Cessna SL 78-03.
Steel seat belt bracket installed.
Shoulder harnesses installed.
LED anti collision light installed.
Tail pull handle STC installed.
Airspeed indicator overhauled.
Entire Vacuum system removed.

All new Garmin Avionic. GTR 225A comm radio with built in intercom. GTX 335 Transponder with ADSB out. Area 760 moving map for navigation mounted in center of Instrument panel. GDL 50R digital data link. New ACK E-04, 406 MHZ ELT.

I am sure your first reaction will be that is too much for a 140!
Not really. Not for a practically new 140 it is not.
Everything has been gone through and over 95% of the hardware has been replaced. Everything that I found wrong with it I replaced or overhauled.
I am only trying to get back the money that I invested in it. Nothing for the 1000 plus hours that I put into restoring it. Factor in a $75 an hour shop rate and this is a bargain.
Why are you selling it? I bought it to sell and that has never changed. I have another airplane to fly and one waiting to be rebuilt. Actually two but don’t tell my wife.
