Gas Cap Seals

Post by 6313 »

Have a C140A, 1950, and the gas cap seals are getting stiff. What size seal, part number, is the replacement?

Cessna 140A parts book which is available for free download from Textron lists the part number of the gasket as 0311360-5. That p/n per Textron has been superseded by Textron p/n B1000142-1. You can purchase that part from Aircraft Spruce for $15.85 each (March 2023).
