I just replaced my tailwheel bearings on my Scott 2000 and though I originally wasn't going to replace the tire, I ended up doing that too. One thing that bugged me about the tire that was mounted (I put it on about 4 years ago, new from Aircraft Spruce) was that it wasn't bound tightly by the wheel hubs and could spin on the wheel after assembly.
When I was looking on the Univair site for new bearings I saw a picture of the "same" tire which had "nubs" inside which obviously were meant to lock the tire to the wheel. I ordered the Univair tire and sure enough they fit like a champ. Nice and tight. Pictures of the two tires attached. Thought I would share for those that are thinking of replacing the tires. There seems to be two versions out there one of which is not right.
