Pre-Buy Inspection
I’m looking for an IA who could perform a pre-buy inspection on a C-120 outside Springfield, Illinois. I’m a new member and have looked at the mechanic list and most seem to be several hours away so I thought I’d ask the group for suggestions before ‘cold calling’ the list. Thx! Justin

"Only 77 miles away at Creve Cour 1H0 we have several very knowledgeable Members listed in the Directory (and that airport is well-known for expertise on old/classics.)"

It may turn out be a good lead to enable you to get in touch with someone who can lend you a hand. Let us know how it works out.

David Lowe is in Western KY. He may be an option. There is no more knowledgeable 120/140 person on the planet. Send me a PM if you don't have his contact info. He may........? be able to travel to your airplane and look it over.
