You might contact the NC State Representative Lance Berrier (rlberrier@usa.net) for the Cessna 120/140 Association, and inquire if he knows of someone in your area.
Also, a plus would be to contact Lorraine Morris at www.taildraggeraviation.com, and David Lowe at Lowe Aviation in Sacramento, KY
Phone (270) 929-3776, and ask them if they're aware of anyone in your area that can do a good pre-buy on the series.
Lorraine and David know the C-140/120 and 140A aircraft series inside and out, and should be able to help you out.
