Are you talking about the flooring in the baggage compartment area
just forward of the battery box?

After studying it a while I thought it might be the location. My gosh yes this
is a horrible place to access. My 140 has openings in the front of the floor
panels. However cleaning out under them would be a nightmare. I put my
bore scope probe under the panel and it is full of everything but money. I have
contemplated installing access panels as suggested in the thread. I cleaned
out the belly of my 46 this spring from the gear box back to the battery
box. It took a lot of work but was able to access everything. The areas
sited in the thread are a different matter altogether. I plan to attack that
space next spring. Thanks
