I have a mid fuselage strobe light that quit working. Not sure what is causing it and I’m not sure how to trouble shoot it. The capacitor looks like the top has been overly hot, but not sure how to test it. I guess it could be anything from a bad connection in the board to a bad bulb.
Anybody repair them or have info on what I could replace it with?
Any help is appreciated.
