Have you checked Univair, the part you seek $30.58 each. (U10923-000 Univair Intercylinder Baffle).
You might also take a look here also. Has measurements to roll your own.

Re: WTB Baffles
So I should be a little more clear on what I'm looking for. I have the inter cylinder baffles but I'm looking for the one that wraps around from the rear "wall baffle" to the front.

McFarlanes has something....Retail price on left but the discounted price on the right. 2024 price list. Airform is the manufacturer.

Re: WTB Baffles
The Macfarlane baffles are made by Airforms. But are they STC or PMA for 140A's? As far as I can tell they are not but I would like to know if I'm wrong?

Re: WTB Baffles
FWIW, there baffles are excellent and you can get them pre-powder coated. Did the full set on a 120 at a top overhaul. The little tabs at the front the hook onto the #4 and #3 valve covers are a little undersized so expect to remake those from time to time. But otherwise perfect.

Here is a screenshot of the eligible aircraft. It doesn't include the 140A.
