The mount compensates for the difference in thickness of the mount cushions between the -12 and -14 cases, and the engine ends up in the same place relative to the cowl. Note that the Eligible Aircraft list includes both -12 and -14 variants.

If the 140 cowl and 140a cowl are the same, then the baffles should be the same, too.

If the 140 cowl and 140a cowl are the same, then the baffles should be the same, too.
What I was thinking also.
