The information I have is supported by the document attached above. 530196-A1 (tapered) and 530199 * (Flanged) are approved for A65, C75 and C85. Personally, I would try to avoid the tapered part, especially if it does not come with a prop hub. The hubs are getting very hard to come by these days and that's very unlikely to change in the future.
* The C-series parts catalog does not show "-A1" after the 530199 part number. Don't know off hand which is correct.
Even better is to go with the C90/O200 crank, but then you need different rods and pistons and an STC.

The different type of tapered crankshaft for the A-65 and
C-85 are in the lighting holes in the rod throw.
I don't have the sizes at hand, but I believe the A-65 had
the larger holes and the C-85 had the smaller holes or No holes at all.

And therefore, a C-85 crankshaft can be used in an A-65 but
not vice versa!
