They were used to tow the huge Me321 "Gigant" cargo gliders as shown here.

OK, so it was real! Not Photoshop, or a printing error. Interesting, Still, NOT a He 111 (or not a single He 111).

Crazy............"loop it and roll it". Sure........you go right ahead. But then there's this crazy "rocketman" out in Nevada?? on You Tube who builds small pulse jets, puts them on go carts (and other assorted barely stable platforms) and barrels down the deserted desert highways. That was actually an early military test of JATO. IIRC, there were three Ercoupes with military designations.
