Where is your PTT button located? Photos?
I have used a Telex PTT that plugs in series with the headphone mic for years but am considering an installed push button on the new radio install.

Re: Push To Talk button location
I put one in the plastic hub of the pretzel yoke for a friend once. Sorry, no pictures...

Re: Push To Talk button location
I put mine just to the right of the throttle. I can push it with my hand on the throttle. Been that way for years..

Re: Push To Talk button location
I recently flew a friend's 140 with a momentary PTT toggle left of throttle (similar to Randy) -- surprised at how easy & natural it was to use with hand on the throttle (where it usually is?). Mac

Will tidy this up a bit when the airplane gets its new interior, but for now it works well.

Re: Push To Talk button location
Mine are on the yoke, as above. But they were that way when I bought the plane. If I were to do it myself I would put it on the panel somewhere. Simple, no wires in cockpit. I used to rent a 150 that had that arrangement and adjusted to it quickly. KISS.
